I've been naughty.

Some of the gaps have valid reasons; some have NOT.
The ups and downs of House arrest.
The up - I finally broke through the glass floor and have been consistently below the 13 st. mark, rather than above it.
The down - for one reason or another or sheer bloody idleness I let things slip.
Up until they imposed house arrest I used to change the Wii stamp weekly just for fun; any day of diversion was purely a memory laps - BUT - since I went into Aestivation I've stuck to the feet; to keep track of the march of time.  I'd have been chuffed no end if they'd given me a left AND a right to march with - I'm hopping mad.
