Bed head babe

These past few nights have been rough - Nate’s struggling with a cough, so not falling asleep until about midnight...this was him this evening, sat up waiting for a spoonful of honey.
A day prepping birthday things for Asha tomorrow...made her her own little oil blend in a roller ball thing, also found some little earrings I’d bought & squirrelled away for a birthday emergency (didn’t think it’d be Asha’s though!), and Danny found a pretty bambú cup for her too...I’m glad she’ll have bits to open in the morning.
Made leek and potato soup with garlic flatbreads for lunch, tasty!
Caña Club tonight - so good to see them all.

Today I’m grateful for;
1) our open plan flat that gives the kids space to move.
2) Delicious kitchen aromas - garlic frying, carrot cake baking, coffee percolating.
3) Nate being asleep for the time being.
