This blasted iphone app. I had just typed my write up and the app crashed and deleted the whole thing!!

Lets start again.....

Up early for swimming - check
Slightly thick head after last night - check
Nice soup for lunch - check
Relaxing walk around the Lake (where H caused a cyclist to fall off her bike into the ditch - much apologising later and no harm done - phews!!) - check
Watching Bagpuss DvD on TV with a nice cup of Earl Grey - check

PS - lens update - it was collected by courier yesterday!!
