Lazy Fishing

I've always been amused by this particular fishing technique. They basically leave the rod like this, and have a beer, and wait, a beer, and wait... You get my drift. I cannot recall ever having seen anyone catch anything using this method, so there must be some underlying motives...

This is just before lunch time close to the town of Mataró.
