Ben Nevis through a boat!

J is away tomorrow so needed to do a food shop to last the week as I cannot drive anywhere!! I think I may go stir crazy housebound for a week!!

It was a beutiful day and cheered me up. We took a wee trip up the canal and this was quite a nice view of Ben Nevis.

Feeling a bit more positive today. I was really emotional because for the first time while doing the exercises I managed to get the back of my new knee flat on the board!! My knee has not been straight for about four years......so amazing!!

Daytime is not too bad but nights are very depressing as I am still not able to get my leg in a position which will let me sleep for more than an hour at a time and I wake up with a very sore knee. I must apologise for not commenting on journals very much just now. Thanks for hanging in with me. By evening I'm too tired to do much more than put up a blip!!!

I do see progress though and I know it will all be fine in the end!!
