Admit Defeat
Well nothing jumped out at me Blipwise on our walk this morning - flat light and quite gloomy.
Drank a lot of coffee, a lot of tea and not much else today… so I resorted to a garden ‘safari’ to see what wildlife I could find. Nothing - apart from a dead spider.
I admitted defeated in my quest to keep outdoor blipping and today you have a sea shell that we retrieved from MIL’s garden last year, before she moved to her retirement village. It has been living in our garden ever since and recently placed on the patio table as a decoration (OK, technically it is outside, but not ideal)
Ho hum. Will try and do better tomorrow.
I see that yesterday the deaths from COVID-19 were recorded at over 500 - so by the weekend we can realistically expect over 1000 per day. Now given that the ‘lockdown’ started just over 10 days ago - and that a large proportion of the population failed to heed the isolation message - then we can expect a huge increase in the next few days as those that got infected begin to get sick.
