The breadmaker

When a loud knock comes on the back door you jump; these days you do anyway.  When it turns out to be your youngest, waving from a safe distance and pointing to the soda farls that he made and left on your doorstep, it is a lovely surprise.  Thank you Matthew.  He is in the frontline in the Royal Victoria Hospital's Intensive Care Unit and he finds time to make and bring us bread!  What a guy.
