Kind words

I don't know if this happens anywhere else but in South East London there is a somebody or a group of somebody's who go around regularly posting little notes of wisdom or niceness on lamp posts, telephone boxes and the like. I've often seen them  and they always move or provoke a thought. Today this one was posted through our clinic door. It was a little bit special.
