A starter for 6

This morning a neighbour left me a pot of sourdough starter on the doorstep. This is something I’ve been meaning to have a go at for YEARS so am quite excited.

A fairly busy work day gearing up for our first external testing session on Friday. Popped out for my run at lunchtime and was surprised to see a police car patrolling Carlops - he really was looking everywhere as he drove through as well. Not something you usually see out here.

I fed my starter before bed - apparently I need to name it - any suggestions...? and will start the bread-making process itself tomorrow evening.
