Excercise

I cycled into town all 14 miles round trip. It’s great on this e bike but a bit cold! A few people on the cycle track , a couple o& dog walkers down the beach..town centre quiet with a psp asking people if they need to be out. I did stop and talk to a friend who I saw in my old work place..he was retiring on fri, he had hoped to be going to his apartment in Spain this weekend but due to all this he s staying put. Stay safe.
