Bird on the Beach

Took Kyra for a morning walk on the beach where we found some beached dead rays - it was heartbreaking to see them but also absolutely fascinating. They're really beautiful animals and it was an honour to see them up close. 

Kyra had a great time too. She ran around, played in the puddles, got muddy paws, chased her ball and just had the best time. 

Here's a bird we saw. I took a lot of photos at the beach but this one just stands out to me. I like the little bird friend, I love the colours, I love how the water looks, I'm happy with the composition. It just feels like a good one.
