Day Eight of the New Zealand Nation Wide Lock Down. Still a lot of people driving around unnecessarily and one or two older people don't seem to understand how vulnerable they are, driving around without a care in the world. I went for a 14km run tonight, I should have gone the opposite way around as it was all up hill, all but 2km were all sub 6 min pace, I have to keep the fast man from breaking out. So many people and Families out walking and all friendly as you pass with a wave as I move out onto the road to keep my distance.
