Hurrah

Wednesday was spent mostly in front of my computer. Who can resist the sweet call of a spreadsheet? Well, me actually. Another one of these "I wish I hadn't volunteered for this task" kind of days. But there was also the sweet satisfaction at the end of a job completed and passed onto someone else.

For this reason I didn't leave the house for my permitted perambulation until shortly after 6.30pm. My plan was to wander down towards the Canal and photograph some of the daffodils which, by now, were beginning to look past their best. One last hurrah, which I would make into a composite photo. Hopefully, when they return next year, life will have returned to some sort of normality. Either that, or our view of what passes as 'normal' will have changed.
