I haven't a clue!

I suppose that now Liverpool One is "up and running" they've decided to upgrade other parts of this city. This seems to have caused major roadworks and traffic diversions!

Anyway, I found myself having to walk from Duke Street through small streets, which I can barely remember, through to Church Street/Lord Street.

I came across this "monstrosity" of a "thing" - I don't know what it is or even what it could possibly represent - they look like giant lavatory cistern ball cocks!

I haven't a clue!
