... offered by pleasant spring weather, to have a slightly longer walk.

Managing social distancing was relatively easy, especially when I reached Harrogate's normally popular Stray - it was almost completly deserted.

This particular road crosses the Stray and, at that time of late afternoon, is usually full of heavy traffic, including school buses, parents' cars and walking teenagers. There are two large secondary schools fed by this road.

There are a few people in the distance, but barely anyone walking on the grass.

Peaceful but rather strange.
