Rose Quartz Heart

Another Heart for Heroes blip.

Eight O'clock and the whole estate seemed to be out clapping long and loud for all those public servants still working hard (perhaps even harder) to keep us all safe  and looked after.

This is a piece of Rose Quartz cut and shaped into a heart shape.  The colour is a soft pink not showing particularly well in the shot.  It is one of the examples we used to stock when we had the two jewellery shops.

Quarts is Silicone Dioxide (SiO2) and the colour is owing to microscopic particles of a pink variety of Dumortierite among the quartz.
