Using Up....!!!

So I managed to make myself two tasty things...!
A mini bread & butter pudding using up the end of one of my little loaves and oat milk and some Shortbread (of sorts)!!
It’s a recipe from my Vegan cook book....oat flour and ground almonds..coconut oil, coconut sugar and maple syrup..
And I can confirm that they are both very nice..
I might dip the shortbread in melted chocolate....!!
No gardening today unfortunately...we had an April shower that forgot to stop.....
But thankfully all is well otherwise...!
