Cross My Heart

I knew I wanted to take part in the Hearts For Heroes Community Challenge, and so I decided to break out the cross stitch supplies, merge this idea with the lovely idea of putting rainbows everywhere to cheer folks up, and here's the finished result. 

The thing that's been more difficult is deciding on the heroes to dedicate this heart to, so I've decided that this heart is here for any hero that wants it. The NHS staff busting a gut to help patients, the supermarket staff working hard to get us all the things we need, those manning public transport, the charity staff working harder than ever to continue their missions on lowered incomes, the people adjusting to the new normal of working from home during a crisis, the folks struggling with childcare and home schooling who are doing their best, the people that are feeling crushed by this crisis but are still getting up every day. All of you; heroes.
