Toby

I've heard so much about the environment lately - clearer skies, cleaner air, less noise, more birds and animals in urban and suburban areas, lower energy consumption...

It seems to have passed Toby by.  Every light inside and out was on when I took my daily exercise this evening.  What a waste.
