Zwift is an on-line cycling world where you can race, go for a social, do training plans

I belong to a Facebook group called outcasts Amazingly only has decent sane people on it... the mods are very good a removing the usual nutter

We have now done just over a week of outcast meets on zwift and after each ride the leader does a photo montage which have increased the challenge to be a bit daft

So this is my ghost rider
