Same blip, different time..

Same view as 20th Jan, but night time. Street lamps are useful, but they don't have to be left on all night.. A lot of power wasted, a lot of light pollution. They are on a light sensor and only come on when it's getting dark, but could easily be turned off between 12 or 1 and 6..
