Green shoots

I blipped this form the balcony this morning after the usual kerfuffle to open the doors. It’s not a metaphor for the global situation, regrettably.
After this I ran 3k probably for the first time in well over a year. First one was a small struggle, the middle one ace, and my legs felt a bit weary on the third. I could without doubt have done another km.
in between times I experimented with painting, using acrylic ones, the pussy willow. So far just used green but intend to experiment further and explore other colours.
