More Bombyliidae

These little guys were back for about 30 minutes today but then buzzed off again. I was pleased to catch this one mid air as I was manual focusing and am wearing my computer specs as my usual ones have broken.  Luckily my optician is running an emergency repair service and should have the new legs in one week, I will send mine in and they will endeavour to fix them. My computer ones are working out OK for now and I also have my old glasses in a push. 

My usual glasses are rimless with very fragile legs and I have made the decision to go back to frames. Taking my specs off and putting them back on again at least 50 times a day to do my eye drops is a lot of wear and tear. Thankfully frames are in vogue!
