New-bee

In an effort to vary my bees a bit, here's a new one on me that I found today: it's an Ashy Mining Bee; a male, I believe. You can read more about it here, if of interest.

Today's lunchtime walk was the reverse of the one we did on Wednesday (I think it was), and it only took about 50 minutes. It's nice to find all these walks from the door that we're lucky enough to have nearby. Looking forward to a good weekend of weather, fingers crossed.

In other news, Mr DA has had a delivery of 18 pints of Halfway to Heaven beer from Langham's, one of our wonderful local breweries.  Last week, it was 18 pints of Moondance from the FFF brewery. He's adapting quite well to the lockdown.
