A job well done

This gentleman I always think of as Mr Boatie. He lives there with his dog in a narrow boat which seems to be permanently moored by the bridge. Sadly some people see the river as a dumping place for their litter. It's good that there are people like Mr Boatie prepared to tidy up after them.
