Cupped Prayer

In town to meet Gerry S in the Alliance Française on Nassau Street. On the way I noticed this woman, in particular the picture of St. Joseph in her cup. I photographed her before; that time she had hung a tiny white plastic cross on the lip of her cup. She allowed me to take a few shots (and of course I gave her some change).

Good long chat with Gerry about poetry in general, photography and publishing, etc. I told him about the Ringsend project I am working on.
