03042020 21st Corona isolation day

It was a pretty blue moment when I took Buddha out this morning.

It's been sunnier but still bit cool day. Around noon I was able to go outside and read a book in the sun. And after one hour it just got too hot. Our yard was shielded from the wind so it was quite tropical.

So I finally got to the end of that book and can choose a new one tomorrow. I was reading some crime/thriller which was okay, but it was just so neverending. You know the type that there's just always a new twist and nearly everyone dies a violent death. So I just got somewhat bored over the whole thing. But I only have 10 books to read, 9 now, so I plan to use each one as this situation seems to last.

I don't have much fabric to sew so I made this skirt today:

I also broke one needle and noticed that I only have 3 left.

Did laundry. Cooked fantastic lunch: paella with spinach and turkey chorizo. It looked iffy but was really delicious. Made the skirt as stated above. Finished the book. Did a Pilates training with weights.

Now we are looking at Zodiac (the movie) and I have a glass of little vodka with lots of orange juice in my hand. Before that we had some strawberries to enjoy.

So I've done pretty much everything I can to keep my mind off, of all the depressing matters.

I also got an email from R in Finland who got the last plane from Barcelona to Helsinki with her husband. She was telling me how this is depressing her too and how she's getting sick of all the news and fighting over this matter in media, but also how one just can't stop reading about this or listening to news. And that's how I feel too. I feel better when I know what's going on, but also it's consuming to have this going on day in day out. And waiting for the positive signs which seem to take forever.

Well the positive news is that my aunt sent me an email too telling how she's made a digital leap and filled out an online order for food from the local supermarket. That is fantastic. And the order had come in already. It's great to be able to be independent even if you have people who are willing to help.

The numbers in Spain today noon were
positive cases 117 710,
deaths: 10 935,
cured: 30 513,
deaths in 24 hours: over 900.
We are over Italy now in positives. I don't understand how that is possible. Over 5000 healthcare workers have caught it. Some pharmacists have died to it. Apparently pharmacy is a very good place to catch it. I'm thinking that when my BP medicines end I'll go without. I do not wanna go to the pharmacy.
