Had a long walk to the doctors as needed to put a prescription though there post box.

And did my essential shopping on the way back as asked Keith if he needed any toiletries he said yes so have got him shower gel which he could use as shampoo as well and as we use to call it BO BASHER. And I needed some bits the one thing I did needed was hand cream as I did have one but not a hood one this one will be a lot better

So I have made Keith alittle box for Keith which I will send in the week
