Quel délicieux!

Dd has reinvented herself as a superb pastry/dessert chef! After her lemon meringue pie the other day, without the meringue it has to be said but that was on purpose (unlike her chilli con carne without the kidney beans which caused a bit of a laugh!), she whipped up this wonderful apple pie! Our policy of abandoning scales is working a treat! Ever upwards!
