Wellbeing Walk

Did some shopping this morning, going to the Farm Shop and then supermarket. I went early hoping they would be quiet which the Farm Shop was but there was a queue nearly the length of the carpark for Sainsbugs. Since I only needed basics, I didn’t stop but went to a Lidl on my way back. It was fairly quiet but they didn’t seem to have much focus on safety . There didn’t seem anyone about supervising the numbers entering.

When I got home I did some more Lego and then went for a local walk. Took some carrots for my two new horse friends who scoffed them down like they hadn’t been fed for a month! I varied my route a bit today, taking in an old disused quarry and walked it the opposite way round to normal. That doesn’t mean I walked backwards! Really enjoyed it.
