Good Night
Day 12 of UK Lockdown
Late last night I read on our private FaceBook page that a former colleague of both Mrs BB and I, had died earlier in the day in palative care from breast cancer. Cath Bamford was a very lovely lady, middle aged like ourselves, and a keen photographer. She never married or had childen and was devoted to 'the job'.
We were gutted to hear the news. She was so popular that many hundeds would attend her funeral. It's even sadder that won't happen now due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
The blipfoto is of the very old Oak Tree in our village taken in the early hours facing towards our village of Machen. I'd like to think Cath's one of those stars now. (If you want to see the stars clearly you'll need to view in large)
Lens used: Laowa 9mm Dreamer F2.8
