Baby Toby! He loves getting dried after his walk!

Roads and paths were like ice rinks, met up for my run only to spectacularly fall on my ar*e as I was getting out of the car! It was a case of now you see me now I'm under the car! Needless to say running club was cancelled, but not until everyone had a good chuckle at my expense! FOF as the girls call me "figure of fun".

Came home and did 10k on the treadmill.

Took dad to the shops, got me hair done and settled in for a lovely Chinese meal and glass of wine!!
