Notes: Another cold day but some sun that helped most snow melt. Steve and I headed out just before 11a for Walmart in Lafayette to pick up the microwave ordered online after his died on Tues. Back into Boulder and stopped at King Soop but long lines only letting people in when others left. Ran into Harvest Wine next door for a bottle of red and then on to Trader Joe's but long line there too. Continued to Safeway, no lines but lots of empty shelves. I stayed in the car and noticed the giant nest above the Safeway logo filled with several large black birds. Back and quiet rest of the day, read more Plant Paradox and watched Sopranos.
