Stick sorting is ---

-- the kind of task which, in our garden, doesn't normally get done! But these days at home provides just such an opportunity. We had so many and have discarded all but the most robust. 
While I undertook this, G sorted our compost bins, getting some nearly ready compost out, to make room for greenery, not being collected by our Local Authority at present, and kitchen waste. 
Our bee cocoons seem to have hatched more bees and tomorrow may see a large exodus in the warmer weather. Several of our plants are blooming so I'm hopeful they won't starve. 
And now for an evening of relaxation with chicken for the non veggies and wine!!
