First cycle in just over a fortnight, and first shopping in just under that time. Have been putting it off, with all the news and changes, and was somewhat nervous heading off into whatever the local situation was going to be.

No problems, and it was quiet, much to my relief. So good to have some fresh bread, milk, fruit and veg, and a little meat. Likely over a week before going again. Had fitted the extra pannier to the bike, and it was fully deployed. Heaviest load the bike's shifted. Also had a few more fragile items packed in a wee rucksack (along with the camera). Saw and spoke to a work colleague on the way back. Well, the 'speaking' was a shout a cross a field to attract his attention from playing with the dog, and then giving him a big wave.
