Hong Kong Night Life: New Year's Eve

This should have been a massive party evening with fireworks.  But Hong Kong faced a double whammy: first half a year of demonstrations, then the concern about coronavirus coming over from the mainland.  Streets were almost empty and all the public celebrations cancelled.  Not the holiday I expected.
