HOT BAG

So useful for slow cooking. I finished off the red lentil curry and used it as a filling  for phyllo pastry pies. Made enough to freeze  for an easy quick lunch.
We are still feeling disconnected from the pandemic that must hit us soon. At the moment our numbers are relatively low but are building up steadily . Teams are going to hot spots to test as many people as possible   Isolation and testing seems to be the strategy
