Chiffchaff

My morning walk was accompanied by a multitude of chiffchaffs calling all along the route, but surprisingly I didn't hear a single blackcap singing. I went a little further afield today, which meant that I only saw one man and his daughter on my route. On my way home I tried dropping in at the farm shop, but there was such a long queue that I gave up.

The afternoon was spent creating a short video on dandelions - quite a steep learning curve but I was actually fairly pleased with it, considering it was my first attempt and involved combining photographs and audio clips. We're treating ourselves to an Indian takeaway tonight - a way of marking the weekend, which otherwise seems pretty much like every other day in lockdown.
