Seaweed used as a soil enricher

I read on t’internet that seaweed is fabulous for enriching your soil before planting up a bed. So, off Roddy goes after lunch, with his bright blue IKEA bag, on a seaweed hunt. Five minutes later he comes back with a bag full!!! He must have run there and back!! Where does he get his energy. So, before you can use said seaweed, you have to soak it to get rid of some of the salt in it. Off Roddy goes down to the garage (80 steps there and back) gets a massive plastic box, puts seaweed in, fills it with water, and there we have our first gorgeous healthy seaweed.
