Learning new skills....

.....today after a fruitless search for decent sausage rolls for mum ( was doing a food shop anyhow) I decided to try making my own puff pastry. I think next time I’ll cut the butter cubes smaller ....it was surprisingly easy to do actually and the resulting rolls tasty although not the best visually ! Mum will try one tomorrow and give me her verdict!
