Baking baking baking

We’ve had more home cooked food these last two weeks than all year. Josh made sausage rolls with a nice dollop of onion chutney wrapped inside the sausage meat. Very delicious. I am working so much, deadlines are tight and the global work in COVID-19 is overwhelming. In the Central African Republic there are only rudimentary health case services and just three ventilators. The virus has arrived in Gaza, and my colleague left Burkina Faso where he’s recently taken on a new job, to travel home to Gona in Congo over a week ago and we have no idea where he is now.
