Seeing Stars

As last night was forecast to be a clear sky. I thought I'd try out the star trails feature on my camera. As an experiment, it seemed to work, but I suspect there was too much light pollution for a bokeh-free image. I also thought I'd try out some nocmig  (nocturnal migration) which involves recording bird calls as they pass over at night. This was even less successful - I suspect I didn't configure the software correctly, so I'll try this again at some point.
