I went outside with dougal for a walk in the garden, then optimistically made a mild curry. wiped out after. we had an asda delivery yesterday so I have some boiled sweets now too.

I opened the door to clap the nhs and key workers and ended up chatting to our neighbours. I was freezing after and ended up in bed at 9pm. probably should have just stayed in and kept warm.
