Chocolate cake...

I’ve never made this cake just for me. Today I sort of did... I cut it in half and delivered half over the road to Sleepyhead*.

We may be short on bog roll but we have cake! Whilst we messaged on WhatsApp afterwards we decided that we are both experts at this self isolating nonsense. Total pros!

I’ve not even had the TV on, content with pottering, chattering online, napping, reading and listening to the wireless. Lovely!

However, some of the stuff I’m reading on social media is nothing short of heartbreaking. On the other hand, a lot of it has been very, very funny and I’m holding onto the humour whilst being exceptionally content in my own little bubble that I call home.
