Food Distribution

Our local government was busy helping those affected by the shutdown in tourism. Food was being distributed to crowds gathered by the museum as I rode by this morning. I'm sure it was much appreciated by the people most hurt by the closing of restaurants and beaches, but the lack of social distancing was appalling. I'm hoping the close proximity of those receiving the aid does not contribute to passing of the virus and an increase in cases. At least the workers were trying to protect themselves.
