Stunning patterns on the beach

How beautiful is this? I walked along the beach this afternoon and at the end of every ridge, it looked as though a child had very carefully placed a perfectly smooth stone. How amazing. We have had very high winds today and that is obviously why it has happened - but, it was only on one part of the beach. Mysterious.
