5 k run/ jog/ walk nose breathing - so much easier today. The celandine in the woods is like a flower carpet. Went Out in the sun came back in the rain , which then stayed all day and put pay to any planned outdoor activities. Headache all afternoon -worrying about Ma n pa in isolation in UK.
