Banana anyone?

The Island received a huge donation of fruit and veg from FareShare in Glasgow - it was amazing - apples, pears, bananas, tomatoes, potatoes and loads more. Today consisted of looking up banana recipes - banana muffins and this lovely recipe for banana bread which I found in one of my Gary Rhodes recipe books. I was very saddened to hear of his death recently - he was a real character and a great chef - I can vouch the banana bread is delicious
