The weather has returned to being warm and sunny today. So it was back out into the garden. I applied 'social distancing' between my lawn and flower beds by redoing the edges. Its a job I should do more often but it only gets done every few years. This robin kept me company, together with a little wren who was surprisingly happy to be around me.

On our daily walk we ventured as far as a Tesco Metro and as there was no queue Mike went in and got some milk, bread and 2 packs of 4 Kit-kats - well you have to get your priorities right! It was the first time either of us had gone shopping in over 2 weeks.
I love the way that when you are out walking everyone says hello to each other. For the most part people round here seem to be observing the lockdown rules.

My friend is a midwife and only today did she get some PPE. She sent a picture via Whatsapp and I presume it was her but you couldn't really tell with all the gear on. :)
