Real Mint Tea

This was a lovely refreshing tea I had today - I was in need of it as we had just got a parking ticket.

There was no warning to say that disabled drivers only get 20 mins in Chelsea and Westminster rather than the normal 3 hours. Where can a disabled person manage to go in 20 mins, certainly not to a hospital appointment!

We have appealed but somehow its like a slap in the face.
